Senior Rail Consultant

Leigh on sea – Essex

£30,000 – £60,000 + Commission, bonuses, company phone + equity in the business.

On behalf of an Engineering agency, based in the lively town of Leigh-on-sea. Specialising in Shipping and Energy Recruitment, we are searching for a successful Rail Consultant who would like to escape the busy London scramble of working 8am till 7pm and then running for the crowded train home.

We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of the Rail market, someone who can bring their knowledge with them and target contractors and match their requirements with suitable candidates. Targeting the perm market, their hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, finished off with cold beers on a Friday. As this is a new division, there are no targets, you will be leading yourself the cost involved is your salary to cover each month.

The business owners are open to experience for the introduction of this new area and are also open to discussion with bespoke remuneration packages.
