What is High Street Recruitment?

As a recruiter in this sector you will be expected to recruit any of the four main individual sectors:

Industrial

This basically means supplying blue collar personnel, both skilled and unskilled workers to warehouse type environments. Typically pickers and packers, production staff and forklift drivers. Traditionally these are temp (contract) workers but senior roles tend to be more perm focused such as warehouse manager, shift supervisors etc.

Driving

Providing temp and perm driving personnel, all classes, from light van work to heavy HGV 1 vehicles into the logistics industry

Commercial

White collar personnel, typically office workers at all levels including admin/clerical/secretarial staff

Education

We aim to help teachers and teachers assistants right across the country find exactly the type of work they are looking for, from junior to senior schools including special needs. Providing a first class service to schools and colleges. Also supplying nurseries, child care centres and schools with the best possible professional staff. Bringing applicants and staff together.
