Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a market penetration and business development strategy mainly across the IT Infrastructure and security and cyber Security sector in UAE and GCC (contract and permanent billings dual desking allowed; bigger focus on the contract revenue and building a book)
  • Grow and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand areas of service delivery
  • Identify new opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell services to the client
  • Achieve the set revenue objectives through existing and potential new revenue streams
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business areas, their deliverables and needs
  • Provide advice on recruitment strategies, procedures, legislation and market conditions
  • Work in line with pre-defined processes and adopting best practices at all times
  • Be a partner and not a vendor to the client, always act as a reference and escalation point for customers & contractors
  • Monitoring recruitment process, identifying and recommending areas for improvement
  • The job is demanding and diverse as it requires you to have insight into multiple industry sectors

Account Management Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business areas, their deliverables and needs
  • Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all client needs
  • Work with in house Operations and Employee Care team to address Outsourced staff needs
  • Manage various account management related reports and documentation in an accurate and timely manner

Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Communicate and direct the recruitment team on new requirements to ensure the client gets the highest quality resource engaged, in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Work within predefined recruitment SLAs
  • Manage candidates whilst working as a contract employee


  • At least 3+ years of relevant recruitment/contract staffing experience
  • A strong sales background along with a good billing record; has to have started a desk from scratch and prove it.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to maintain existing business relationships and develop new clients
  • IT domain knowledge is a must have and a very strong preference for IT security and cyber security domain.
