I am recruiting on behalf of a boutique recruitment agency that have been established for the past 5 years. My client specialises in recruiting professionals into the IT, Marketing and Sales UK industry.

Having experienced an increase and growth year on year for the last couple of years, they have found a pattern that they prefer “organically” grown consultants.

The Role

• Winning new business clients

• Effectively utilise the contacts, relationships and information to further develop business

• Source high calibre candidates to meet and exceed client expectations

• Manage client relationships to ensure client satisfaction

• Cross sell within business clients, up-sell and develop return business

• Achieve agreed revenue targets

• Develop leads from candidate relationships

• Develop and manage a consistent revenue stream
