I am working with a boutique recruitment agency, who specialises within the IT and Business Support markets. My client have been running since 2004. being very niche in what they do they focus on things such as IT sales and Suppport as well as HR, Marketing, compliance etc.

They like to focus on people with drive and ambition. They are looking for someone who is looking to really build a career with them. Someone who wants to take their career to the next level.

Role Responsibilities;

• Building a strong database of clients to ensure the agency is able to meet requirement
• Managing a team of 2
• Setting Targets and 1-2-1 meetings
• Winning new business
• Client visits (once business has been won you have the opportunity to go travel/fly and meet your clients)
• Networking and relationship building
• Qualifying and working each vacancy positively and enthusiastically
