The role:

• Account Management – you will be responsible for the development and delivery of highvalue and high-volume contract hiring assignments within existing clients
• Reviewing and qualifying hiring needs for your clients and providing individual solutions to best fit their needs.
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Delivering top talent to clients
• Providing regular updates and feedback to the clients
• Attend client meetings and create recruitment activity reports
• Create client account growth plans

What we are looking for

• A minimum of 1 years IT recruitment experience
• Demonstrated examples of account growth
• Track record delivering multiple placements into accounts on a monthly basis
• Experience managing CV delivery functions
• Strong communicator, confident and personable
• Self-motivated with ability to think outside the box and create solutions
