Salary: Competitive Salary, plus a 20% flat fee commission NO THRESHOLD.

The Company

The company are a well established agency that have been in the game for over 20 years, My client recruit across the UK and Eurpean market covering a multiple of verticals from SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Developement, Digital, Testing, Infrastructure, Clous and Pharma.

The buisness is split into 30% Perm and 70% Contract.

Responsibilities;-

• Willing to travel in Europe (on the company) to win business
• Knowledge of European payroll solutions and visa restrictions
• Networking to identify new business opportunities though the use of strong networking and market knowledge
• Attend meetings and networking events
• Building and nurturing existing relationships
• Bringing on and Filling live roles
• In-depth knowledge on the market and service you are representing
• Focus on building an excellent relationship with existing key clients by offering professional advice and relevant updates in the market
• Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness
• Eventually to build a team around you
