The company

A boutique privately owned executive search firm based in the City of London. The company was established in 2007 and has grown from one to fifteen in the ten years. Leading by example, the founding director comes with 18 years search experience and extensive experience in building division/companies from the ground up. He still personally wins new business, delivers and trains members of staff.

What they are looking for

They are looking for a consultant to join one of three teams, focusing on either Risk, Technology or Strategy. Each team has a divisional director and one or more associate consultants/researchers. They need a consultant to come on board and proactively own and develop their network within the companies specialised sectors. You will have the opportunity to both develop new territory and clients in addition to benefiting from the strong existing pipeline and platform.

Requirements

– 24+ months recruitment experience (search or contingent)

– Proven track record in delivery and/or business development

– Up to 50% commission (all associates/consultants are expected to 45% of their billings)
