Role; 360 technical or O&G recruitment consultant (1 – 2 years ideally)

Salary; £28K+ base + commission / yearly bonuses

The role

With plans to expand the business personnel by 25% across all 15 locations, the company is looking to hire young, ambitious and passionate recruiters. Ideally you will have 12 months + recruitment experience and will comfortable in running your own desk, if you are not comfortable in running your own desk, that is fine because with the help and training from the senior managers you will develop your own skills to be able to run one in a very short amount of time.

Company discipline – Geoscience, Drilling & Well Completion, Supply Chain, Logistics, Renewables and Technical Engineering / Construction Off & Offshore.

However, if you are comfortable in your own specific discipline, the business encourages you and will support you in that discipline by offering unlimited support.
