The successful applicant will be expected to provide trades and labour recruitment assistance to current clients as well as growing your own lucrative desk.

We are looking for a 360 recruiter with a track record in delivering results within the Construction Trades and Labour market. The sucessful candidate should be able to provide solid/ demonstrable billing results.

The Role:

• Developing your own Construction Trades & Labour Desk
• You will be expected to develop a database of exclusive clients and candidates that will win business and deliver results
• Business development will be a major part of this role
• Working towards and delivering on targets
• We will look for you to bring new ideas to the table that will benefit the company’s future growth & expansion

Experience Required:

•  Minimum of 18 months experience within the Trades & Labour recruitment sector
• Clear understanding of how the Construction Trades & Labour market works
• Proven track record of billing as well as working with clients in that market
