Salary: £20,000 to £30,000 plus commission

My client is a new company who have invested a great deal of time and money in order to get to this point. They have a full database of both clients and candidates and are ready to take on new staff in order to grow this enterprise.

They specialise supplying staff into GP Surgeries and have new clients calling jobs in all day long. You’ll be encouraged to build long lasting relationships with your GP’s and Nurses in order to place them in the right roles for them

You’ll be rewarded with an excellent basic salary plus a commission structure that starts at 20% of your billings and is tiered upwards…..plus there is NO THRESHOLD so you’ll earn commission on EVERYTHING you bill

The successful candidate will have at least 1 years minimum experience within medical recruitment.
