My client is an independently owned company who are looking to expand.

Having built the company based around recruiting nurses both on & off frameworks, they are now looking to expand their Hertfordshire based operation and start up a Doctors team from their new London office.

Based near Liverpool Street, the successful candidate will be charged with building a team from the ground up. Initially you’ll need to utilise your experience to launch into the Doctors recruitment market then once you have brought the new business in, you’ll be given the autonomy and financial backing to build a team of your own.

As with many start up opportunities, the package for this role is totally negotiable and will depend on how much experience you are bringing to the role. Our client is a generous payer so will not disappoint you on either the basic salary or commission structure he is able to offer.
