You will work as a Recruitment Consultant focussing on both Permanent and Contract recruitment desks.
Responsibilities
* Generating new business opportunities (Cold Calling) and developing client relationships.
* Identifying, headhunting, qualifying and closing highly skilled niche candidates.
* Extensive planning and time management.
Experience/Skills Required
* One - Two years experience within a sales environment and a minimum of A-Level education or equivalent
OR
* Graduate
Extensive training is provided
Salary
* £16k + Commission (OTE £40k for in your first year).
Graduate or 2 years sales experience
