You will be a dedicated Recruitment Consultant with experience of running you own desk preferably within the main city areas and will have a sound knowledge of the gas and oil sector. A consultant with a comprehension of both temporary and permanent recruitment would be desirable although this is not essential. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be capable of executing a 360 role, you will be expected to develop your desk using networking, cold calling and various other media and will have the business acumen to turn these contacts into profitable and long lasting relationships. Excellent time management and initiative are essential traits as is a positive attitude to work with good ethics. This role may suit a Recruitment Consultant with experience of running a desk, who has aspirations to make the move up to senior.
