Senior Recruitment Consultant Construction

My client is an established, privately owned recruitment company with various locations across the UK and in Europe.

They are looking for a white collar construction recruitment consultant to take over an existing desk based in London.  The desk is split between temp and both so you will ideally need to have experience in placing both types of staff.

The desk is busy with lots of repeat business to work on.

You will need to have the white collar experience in order to take on this role and develop the desk into a huge profit making desk with an excellent commission pay out.

You will be placing staff such Site managers, Project managers, Quantity Surveyors etc.

The idea is to grow the desk and in 6/8 months recruit a team around you so you will need to have the passion and drive for the delivery of such a role.

You will be rewarded by full management support including having your own business developer to continue winning new business.

The key to the success of this role is to recruit the staff, build your network and continue to grow the desk.
