Job Description
Due to investment, our client currently has an outstanding opportunity for an Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic company and head-up the retail division.
To be successful they require: -
- At least 3+ years experience as a recruitment consultant / account manager within either Design and Technical, Buying and Merchandising, Retail Operations, FMCG or Catering recruitment
- Outstanding ability to introduce new business and generate revenue
- Strong sales and negotiation experience
- Proven track record of achieving high monthly targets
- Motivation to earn high OTE
- Ability to build relationships and effectively use networks
- Excellent time management skills
- Educated to Degree level
- Solid knowledge of the London Market
- Establishing the brand and growing the business Fostering and developing close working relationships with clients and candidates
- Ensuring opportunities to increase business are exploited
- Providing high quality, tailored recruitment services by matching clients and candidates needs
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets in terms of financial income to the business and exploring and developing new business opportunities
- Fostering and developing close working relationships with clients and candidates
