Joining a warm desk you will be taking on the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing and resourcing suitable candidates, generating leads, managing any existing business, as well as liaising with new clients in order to bring them on board and drive sales forward.
Covering the Oil & Gas market, your role will be largely candidate driven and you will be making placements across the sector, with high level salaries - given full autonomy to develop your desk, you should be billing at least £150k - £200k pa once established.
To be considered for this role you will need -
• 12-24 months recruitment experience working within a specialist oil & gas or related sector
• Good sector knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A flair for developing business and maintaining relationships
• Proven successful billings
• A consistent stable track record in recruitment
• Time management and organisational skills
• To be articulate, professional, determined and confident
