Recruitment Consultant - Temps Desk

My client is an established, privately owned recruitment company with various locations across the UK and in Europe.

They are looking for a "Blue Collar" construction recruitment consultant to take over an existing desk based in Glasgow.  

This is a pure temp desk split 50% business development and 50% account management.

We need a full 360 recruiter 

The desk is busy with lots of repeat business to work on.

You will need to have the either blue collar or Industrial experience in order to take on this role and develop the desk into a huge profit making desk with an excellent commission pay out.

You will be placing staff such site labourers, hod carrier, brick layers etc. 

The key to the success of this role is to recruit the right staff, build your network and continue to grow the desk.

You will need to have a strong character and a determination never to give up!
