Job Description

My Client is a market leading recruitment business in the driving and logistics sector.  With a franchised network of over 100 offices throughout the UK we supply around 3,000 temporary workers on a daily basis. 

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to take responsibility for setting up a number of offices in the West Midlands area and developing them into centres of excellence.

You will need to develop a plan which fully incorporates:

  • Timing of openings
  • Choice of office "site"
  • Branch structure [daily, weekly, KPI's]
  • Business development
  • Staff recruitment
  • Anticipated revenue v time [inc breakdown of how this will be achieved]

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable and extensive sales and recruitment experience gained within a branch management role or ideally a multi site management role.  Your sales achievements will be impressive and will be backed by outstanding commercial acumen and full understanding of P&L’s.

You will be sales driven, tenacious and credible in your approach with well-developed interpersonal skills, a positive and proactive approach and the flair and determination to succeed. You will quickly build rapport and create strong working relationships.

You will need a full UK driving licence, must be eligible to work in the UK and have a solid employment history.
