Contracts Consultant / Team Leader

My client is part of a huge recruitment group that can offer support and financial commitment to this role.

We are looking for a temp / contracts consultant, ideally from the finance / banking sector.  

The contract side of the business is new but they currently operate a huge perm division.

There is a database of hot clients and general interest from existing contracts to promote the services of a temps division.  The candidate database exceeds 10,000 live candidates.

We are looking for a bright, well educated (degree level) hungry individual who wants to be part of a growing business and eventually run a team of their own.

You will need to have total understanding of the temps / contracts business and understand the full 360 recruitment cycle.

You will need to demonstrate a clear focus of the numbers you believe you can deliver or have previously delivered through your career.

We are looking for a consultant that has billing history in excess of £250k per year as a minimum.

You will be responsible for writing your own commission plan for the team & have full involvement in target and budget setting.

My client has state of the art IT software including the Adapt database. They have an excellent reputation and the finest of investors.  You will be advertising on all the financial sites and receive admin support internally.

You will be working on a threshold but your commissions can lead to 45% of your total billings.
