Looking after a team of 50/70 consultants. You need to provide energy, enthusiasm, charisma & presence. You will need to be rational thinker, have experience of managing consultants at all levels. We are looking for a certain type of elegance, someone who gains respect and is successful in life. Someone who can implement change and adapt the business accordingly. A leader, a motivator and someone who can make decisions. You will manage from the front and have responsibility for your team.You need to have extensive experience in the recruitment industry, (preferably retail although not essential).
