Business Development Manager

Job Description

My client is looking for a BDM to represent large Oil & Gas Recruitment Company based in Surrey but with offices worldwide.

The client is well known in the recruitment industry and has some excellent contracts on both sole agency and retained business.

Predominately known for its contract business they specialise in International oil and gas recruitment and cover areas including UK, Europe, Middles East, Africa, Far East and Australia.

Having recently developed a very successful perms team the company are rapidly growing and have big expansion plans. 

They are looking for a business development manager to go out and win more new business for the company.  The business you win will be fed back to the recruiting teams for placement.

The BDM will be required to win contract and permanent contracts worldwide, he or she needs to be able to travel, arrange appointments and also attend meetings. Securing PSL’s and be able to present the company accordingly at senior management level.

The ideal candidate must have a recruitment background either doing a similar role or at very least a Senior recruiter who has had a lot of client facing experience, and would also have worked in a fairly corporate world, having dealt with blue chip companies in the past.

In return my client are offering £45k basic + comm + Benefits which include 29 days holiday rising to max 35, non contributory pension, private healthcare, full paid travel expenses.
