Job Description

We are looking for either a Branch Manager or Senior Consultant looking for the next step - management.

My client has multi operations and they are looking for a Manager to look after a busy industrial branch based in the heart of Derby.

You will need to lead from the front, setting the standards for your team.

Responsibilities include:

Business Development

Team Leadership

Setting and monitoring KPI'S

Conducing formal staff appraisals

Payroll

Interviewing and vetting candidates

Retaining business

Growth of National Accounts

Staff development

You will be given a company mobile and corporate company car including petrol allowance

An excellent branch with a strong consultant network
