Refer a friend to Rite Recruit to recieve a £500 for each friend you refer. My client, a Leicester based Recruitment Agency, are currently looking to fill an Account Manager vacancy within their Social Care Division.
The Account Manager role is slightly different from that of a Recruitment Consultant role, it is not a hard sell role and will not involve too much cold calling. It will be looking after 12-15 key clients and solely managing, growing and maintaining relations with those clients.
You will have the support of an admin assistant so you can focus on the important thing of making money.
Probably the most important factor of this role is, after 6-9 months, you are meeting the required standards and targets you will be considered for a manager role within the organisation.
They offer an attractive basic salary and comm structure, this will be dependant on your previous experience.
The ideal candidate will have come from a social care recruitment background as they would like someone to come in, know their sector and hit the ground running.
