The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Day to day you will build relationships with companies, sell the recruitment service that you can offer as well as negotiating on the fees that you will charge for your services. After that you will need to find candidates. This is achieved through a combination of head hunting, database searches, writing and posting adverts as well as networking. Once you successfully place your candidates you will nurture and develop the relationships with your clients and candidates to develop more business.
