Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: £25K - £35K plus commission

The Company;

Rite Recruit is working closely with a specialist finance recruitment agency based in Hertfordshire. The company were established in 2010 and have grown from one to sixteen in the last seven years. Led by a hands-on billing director with twenty years experience, he still personally trains staff, wins new business and leads by example.

What they are looking for;

Due to the success of the perm team they are now looking for a consultant from any sector, experience in recruiting for temporary, interim and contract positions. The clients are already established through the perm division, and just needs someone who is proactive and can open doors for the new contract division.

*The managing director has already won several roles, that can be inherited from day one *

Requirements;

– 12+ months recruitment experience (any sector)

– Proven track record in delivery and/or business development

Extras;

– Monthly performers lunch

– Frequent staff night outs (paid via company)

– Regular outings with the team on Thursdays/Fridays

– Team events such as; Go Karting, Paint Balling, Roller Skating etc.
