Team / Leader – Calgary – CAD
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to become part of our vibrant, value driven and committed recruitment team. We are looking for individuals who are ambitious and customer focused, have excellent people skills, a keen interest in the oil and gas industry, a background in oil and gas recruitment and be competent in the full 360 recruitment process. Working with some great talent in a close-knit environment, you’ll be richly rewarded for your delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
Adding to an already passionate and driven team, you will:-
Run your own successful 360 desk, delivering against your own targets, as well as managing and adding further experience to your team.
Build strong relationships with clients in order to reinforce your position as a recruitment partner of choice, making sure you are the first port of call for all their recruitment needs.
Get to know your candidates and facilitate their career development and long term relationship. Whilst simultaneously growing your candidate network.
Develop new business relationships through your strong networking skills and proactive approach to building the profile of their brand.
Manage and develop your team, supporting the overall business strategy and ensuring a systematic recruitment procedure is followed.
Be proactive in business development activities, highlighting potential new prospect clients.
Desired Skills and Experience
Have strong recruitment experience preferably within the technical, oil & gas, engineering or construction markets with a proven track record of billing.
Have proven experience managing and developing a team.
Be able to demonstrate good experience in developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships, preferably with passive candidates.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Have the ability to work well under pressure, with a robust and resilient attitude in order to deal effectively with work demand.
Good working knowledge of the Oil Sands.
