Salary: HKD$300,000 - $480,000 plus commission starting at 30% up to 40%

The business
As a well-established, global recruitment agency the company currently have 9 offices across 5 countries throughout the Asia Pacific. They currently have over 120 employees and are specialised in senior level placements within the property & construction market.
The position
The property & construction division is divided into two teams – Technical & General Practice. This principle lead role will be for the technical division as they have received an increase in demands across all functions. Naturally, as a principle lead, you will be responsible for a small team within your discipline and work with candidates who are clients and vice versa.
