We are working closely with a Construction agency based in Ipswich, specialising in the supply of temporary and permanent Construction professionals to the Construction industry; focusing on Fit out, Trades & Labour and Construction Management sectors. Founded 5 Years’ ago, with very successful turnover of £7 Million last year. Managed by 3 Directors with direct Construction experience.

As a result of plans for expansion of the business they have recently opened an office in Leeds, with a Manager currently establishing a client and candidate base they are now looking for a Consultant to assist him. This position will need a Consultant who can work independently, source candidates effectively and present them to clients. There is scope for this person to become a manager once the team has grown. Construction Recruitment experience is essential.

This is a great opportunity for a Consultant with around 1 years’ experience who does not enjoy being micromanaged and would prefer to work independently to attain their goals.
